Reclaiming Our Wild and Wonderful Waterfronts

Most prime waterfront properties were once highly sought real estate but for a different reason - heavy industry.  Many of these waterfront sites were eventually abandoned and vacant brownfields.  This session will highlight waterfront projects in communities throughout West Virginia that transformed brownfield sites from heavily industrialized properties into recreational successes.
